Who We Are
The primary purpose of this Foundation is to receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in this article, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income from these funds and the principal of these funds exclusively for educational purposes either directly or by contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and it Regulations as they now exist or as they may be amended, and to develop, foster, and/or support programs and activities to enhance the cultural and educational goals of the Corporation within the meaning of the Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
What We Do
Develop, foster, and/or support programs and activities to enhance the cultural and educational goals of the Corporation.
A. Projects or programs which would enrich the educational opportunities for students
B. Projects or programs which would improve the regular curricular or extra-curricular
programs of the District.
C. Scholarships for students and staff.
D. Projects or programs providing multi-cultural enrichment for students and staff.
E. The Foundation shall operate so as to not commit any act which would result in its losing its tax-exempt status.
