Are you a nurse passionate about shaping the next generation of healthcare heroes? The Fulton County Career and Technology Center is looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team as a Nurse Aide Instructor!
This is a unique opportunity to impact both adult learners in our evening courses and high school students during the school day this fall.Position Requirements:Licensure: Must possess a current and unrestricted PA RN or LPN license.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (RN or LPN).LTC Specialty: Must have at least 1 year of experience in long-term care (minimum 200 hours), including meeting residents’ psychosocial, behavioral, cognitive, and physical needs.Clearances: Updated Act 34, 114, 151, and 168 clearances are required.Schedule:Immediate: Evening hours for the current CNA course.Fall: High school CNA class during school hours.How to Apply:Ready to make a difference? Substitute Teachers Needed: Individuals with two years of industry experience in welding, building trades, nursing assisting, computer technology, or drafting or a valid PA teaching certificate (preferred but not necessary) or a Bachelor’s Degree may apply.
